Canceling or modifying a water order in My Account

To make changes to an online water order using your SRP My Account, follow the steps below.

Changes to water orders can be made up until the ordering deadline. If it is too late to cancel or modify an order, SRP recommends either making arrangements for someone else to take your water or arranging for several neighbors to share the excess water.


  1. Choose your water account from the "Select account" dropdown menu.
  2. Go to the "Order water" tab in the navigation.
  3. To cancel an order, select "Skip my next delivery" / "Cancel delivery" button to place a "0" water order.
  4. To modify an order, select "Prior delivery duration" or "Select delivery duration".
  5. Click "Submit order" to confirm your order.
  6. A confirmation regarding your order changes will be displayed.
