SMS text messaging services
You can manage your eNotes SMS enrollment via text message.
SRP uses two SMS numbers:
- 74722 – for Outage and Disconnect Alerts
- SRPPWR (777797) – all other SRP Account Alerts and reminders
To use the service for eNotes SMS messaging, text any of the following keywords to the above number(s), depending on which eNote(s) you'd like to adjust. Please note that some keywords may require you to first authorize your mobile number on My Account. Terms and conditions apply.

SRP Outage and Disconnect Alerts - 74722
SRP Account Alerts - SRPPWR (777797)
SRP Outage and Disconnect Alerts will notify customers of potential impacts to power being delivered. The impact could be in the past, present or future. Residential customers will be automatically enrolled in SRP Outage and Disconnect Alerts. Commercial or business customers need to enroll manually by contacting their Strategic Energy Manager.
SRP customers who opt in to SRP Account Alerts can send a bill payment trigger to SRP via SMS. Customers will also be able to receive SRP account-related alerts.
There are no premium charges for using SRP Account Alerts and SRP Outage and Disconnect Alerts. Message and data rates may apply.
Message frequency can vary depending on the notification options you choose. Any message and data rates may apply. You may change your notification options at any time on the eNotes page at My Account.
How to opt out
To opt out of receiving SRP Outage and Disconnect Alerts, text STOP to 74722. To opt out of receiving SRP Account Alerts, text STOP to 777797. An unsubscribe message will be sent to your number confirming the cancellation, but no further messages will be sent.

SRP Account Alerts and SRP Outage and Disconnect Alerts top priority is the privacy of our users. The following information is provided to address any concerns you may have:
- SRP Account Alerts and SRP Outage and Disconnect Alerts will never, under any circumstances, sell or distribute your cell phone number to third parties or SRP Account Alerts clients without your authorization.
- SRP Account Alerts and SRP Outage and Disconnect Alerts will never directly market any services to you for which you have not opted in, either by cellphone, text message or email.
- SRP Account Alerts and SRP Outage and Disconnect Alerts will never distribute any personal information about you, including your phone number, name, billing information or any other piece of identifying information.

Frequently asked questions
Residential SRP customers will automatically receive Outage and Disconnect Alerts by text when experiencing a power outage.
Business customers who do not already receive text Outage and Disconnect Alerts can contact their Strategic Energy Manager to enroll.
Text alerts will be sent from two separate numbers:

- All other SRP Account Alerts will come from 777797
- You will no longer have to text START to begin receiving Outage and Disconnect Alerts. However, if you would like to receive other SRP Mobile Alerts you will still need to text START to 777797

No, if you were already receiving Outage and Disconnect Alerts by text, you will continue to receive them.
You can log on to My Account™ and view your settings. If you are a business customer, contact your Strategic Energy Manager for assistance.
You may have not replied START. However, under our new service, no action is required to start receiving text messages.
To opt out of receiving SRP Account Alerts, text STOP to 777797. To opt out of receiving Outage and Disconnect Alerts, text STOP to 74722. An unsubscribe message will be sent to your number confirming the cancellation, but no more messages will be sent afterward.
You can also opt out or change your notification settings by logging on to My Account™.
