Follow these steps to turn on or reconnect your service.

Getting started
Before you do anything, read our credit policy. It can save you time and money during the sign-up process.
To order service, call the SRP Business Service Team at (602) 236-8833(602) 236-8833, 7 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday. We’re not open on holidays.
You have a meter
If your building or office suite is already connected to an electric meter, all you need to do is call the SRP Business Service Team to establish service in your name or your business’s name.
Same-day turn-on service
This service is only available if your building has an existing meter and you make your request by noon. The one-time fee is $55 plus tax.
You don’t have a meter
If your building or office suite is newly constructed, the builder or architect usually notifies SRP during construction that a meter is needed. Before you can receive power, you need to:
- Review the Commercial Specification Guidelines & Handbooks.
- Obtain municipal clearance by calling your city.
- Tag the meters.
- Contact SRP.
Reconnect permanent service
To reconnect permanent electric service after disconnection due to a service modification and use of temporary power, you’ll need to:
- Obtain municipal clearance by calling your city.
- Call the SRP Construction Contact Center at (602) 236-0777(602) 236-0777, 7 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday. Please allow three to four days for the municipality clearance to process.
- Connect your electrical service by calling the SRP Business Service Team.
