Pay your SRP irrigation bill

Find all the info you need to pay your irrigation bill online, over the phone or in person.

    Choose your way to pay

    Bills are issued in mid-November for the upcoming calendar year. They’re due the first week of December.

    To avoid penalties or delivery interruptions, be sure to pay your bill on time. More detailed information about annual billing is outlined in the SRP Irrigation Credit PolicyDocument is a PDF.

    Pay online using a credit card or mobile payment app

    Pay your SRP irrigation bill online with Visa, American Express, Discover and Mastercard credit cards, any debit card, Amazon Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

    My Account

    You can make irrigation payments online using SRP My Account™ if you are a residential customer. To get started, log in to My Account, select "Make a payment" from the dashboard, then choose the option that works best for you. 

    Bank account

    Once you’re on the "Make a payment" page, select your payment option, then use the calendar icon to set a payment date. Choose your preferred bank account then click "Confirm payment."

    Credit or debit card

    Choose the "Credit/Debit card" option to open a secure credit card form and make a payment. One thing to note: You cannot schedule payments made with a credit/debit card.

    Make a one-time payment

    You can make a one-time online payment on your SRP irrigation bill using your credit or debit card, or online payment service. 

    Pay online with Paymentus

    Payments are processed by the Paymentus payment system, which allows a maximum payment of $750 and charges $2 per transaction. There is a daily transaction limit of $1,500. SRP does not collect fees for credit or debit card payments. Pay online with Paymentus.Open new site.

    Pay by phone

    Bank account

    You can pay your SRP irrigation bill by phone using your preferred bank account. Call the SRP Water Contact Center at (602) 236-3333(602) 236-3333. Our customer service team is here to help 24/7.

    Credit or debit card

    Call Paymentus toll-free at (800) 420-1663(800) 420-1663 Monday through Friday, 6 a.m.–5 p.m. Please have your seven-digit (include the leading zeros) SRP irrigation account number, billing ZIP code and credit or debit card when you call. Inform the Paymentus rep that your payment is for your SRP water account to ensure the payment is not processed as a power payment.

    Pay in person

    Make cash payments at more than 500 Valley locations

    You can make cash payments at grocery stores, pharmacies and other stores where you already shop using your account number, bill stub barcode or the cash payment barcode available in My Account. Find a location.

    Pay by mail

    If you prefer, you can send your payment by mail. 

    Mail a check

    Use the envelope provided with your bill to mail back your check and bill stub. (You’ll need to add a stamp.) Lost your envelope? No problem. Just send your check and irrigation bill stub to:
