Placing a water order in My Account

Changes to water orders can be made up until the ordering deadline. If it is too late to cancel or modify an order, SRP recommends either making arrangements for someone else to take your water or arranging for several neighbors to share the excess water.


  1. Log into My Account.
  2. Select your water account from the "Select account" drop down menu.
  3. Go to the "Order water" page.
  4. You can place a single order by selecting any of the three order options
    • Prior delivery duration: Order the same amount as your last delivered irrigation order.
    • Select delivery duration: Place an order for a specific amount. The duration dropdown is displayed allowing you to select your order duration in hours and minutes up to your max allotment.
    • Skip next delivery: Places a "0" order for the next delivery. For recurring order customers, this is a one-time cancellation.
  5. Click "Reset" to clear your selections or "Submit order" to confirm your order.
  6. SRP will send a confirmation to the email addresses and phone numbers that are subscribed to SRP's order reminder alerts.

  7. You can also enroll in the Recurring Order Program by changing the enrollment status to "On."
  8. Select an order duration up to your max allotment using the dropdown.
  9. Select "I agree to the terms" and then "Enroll."

  10. A confirmation that you have enrolled in the Recurring Order Program will be displayed.
