Commercial properties
Managers of commercial properties will find the forms and information needed to manage their electric account right here.
How to turn on service
To turn on service for your commercial property, you’ll need to download and complete the New Business Turn On Form and then email it to BizCenter@srpnet.com.
Please note:

- A security deposit may be required.
- If your request is for multiple properties, be sure to include all addresses.
- If your tenant is a cryptocurrency miner, we ask that you notify SRP to ensure equipment is properly sized and to prevent any potential electric service issues.
Informing SRP of changes to property management
To notify SRP of a change in property management, email BizCenter@srpnet.com and include the following:

- Property address(es) or bill account number
- Management agreement
- Contact name
- Contact phone number
- Billing address
To notify SRP of an address change, please wait until you have written notice from your local jurisdiction confirming the change, then email construction@srpnet.com.
Residential properties
Managers of residential properties will find the forms and information needed to manage their electric account right here.
Turn on service or change property ownership
To turn on service or change property ownership for your residential property, email help@srpnet.com and include the following:

- Management agreement
- Contact name
- Contact phone number
- Billing address
- Turn-on date

Automatic turn-on Landlord Agreement
A Landlord Agreement can be beneficial for certain properties, such as larger-scale apartment complexes (complexes with at least 10 rental units) with areas that are always active, such as a laundry or recreation room.
Single-family homes, condominiums and rental locations with long-term tenants or short-term ownership may find this agreement cumbersome.
To establish a Landlord Agreement, an owner or manager must already have a permanent SRP electric account in their name and have at least 10 units. A $40 deposit will be required for each unit/account covered by the Landlord Agreement. There are no additional fees for service to individual units.
How to submit a Landlord Agreement
Print the Landlord Agreement sign-up form. Then return the completed form, along with a check for all units, to:
