Student and graduate paths
SRP offers internships across the company that cover everything from engineering to marketing. Our interns come from associate programs, four-year colleges and even doctorate programs. We take applications year-round from students who are enrolled in at least 6 credit hours.
“As an undergraduate student intern, SRP has given me great resources to not only grow professionally but personally. From my internship, I feel more confident in my skills and abilities.”

SRP’s skilled trades workers can have truly hands-on responsibilities as they operate the tools and equipment behind Arizona’s water and power infrastructure. No matter your career goals, SRP has a variety of apprenticeship programs to help you “earn as you learn” on your way to becoming a highly trained, highly skilled trades professional. SRP hires apprentices internally from a pool of interested employees. Join our trades program to be eligible.
