Skilled trades
Our skilled trades workers are truly hands-on in helping deliver water and power to our customers in the beautiful Southwest, and one of the fastest-growing metro areas in the country. As part of an organization with an exceptional safety culture, they operate the tools, machinery and equipment that are critical to our mission.
Our lineworkers, electricians, heavy-equipment operators, machinists, mechanics and other trades workers account for more than 30% of our workforce and are represented by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Union 266.
