Approved changes to SRP commercial price plans

Price plan freeze
As part of the public pricing process, the publicly elected SRP Board approved a plan to freeze the current E-33 price plan as of the November 2025 billing cycle. With this approval, no new customers will be able to participate in E-33 after the October 2025 billing cycle. The E-33 price plan will be retired by the November 2029 billing cycle.

Base rate and FPPAM changes
All existing plans will see a base rate increase effective with the November 2025 billing cycle. General Service plans will increase 2.7% and Large General Service plans will increase 4.4%. Additionally, plans will see a Fuel and Purchased Power Adjustment Mechanism (FPPAM) decrease of 1.4% for General Service Plans and 3.1% for Large General Service plans.

Rider changes
- Buyback Service Rider and Renewable Net Metering Rider: Index change and minor updates.
- Energy Attribute Certificate Rider: Make the "Renewable Energy Credit Pilot Rider" permanent and expand it to include other energy attribute certificates.
- Carbon Reduction Rider (New): Allow customers to participate in programs developed by SRP with respect to the purchase or retirement of offsets, allowances, or credits associated with the reduction, removal, avoidance, capture or sequestration of carbon dioxide emissions.
- Standby Rider: Updates to be consistent with E-60s price plans pricing changes.
Monthly service charges
The monthly service charge for commercial customers will not be changed regardless of the plan you’re on.
